General conditions of sale for online purchases

The products on this website, where not specified, are the property of the incoming travel agency: Teseotur di Teseo snc, with headquarters in Via Monte Peglia 22, Orvieto (TR) 05018, – VAT number IT01336230550. The agency is owner of the Orvietoviva brand as a brand used for the tourist promotion of the city of Orvieto and a platform for the sale of tourist services and products.

The Teseotur agency operates since 2006 with Authorization of the Umbria region n. 10097 of 8/11/2006 and Civil Responsibility Policy towards Third parties n. 508/14/00513288 of GENERALI ITALIA S.p.A. . The agency, to protect its customers, adheres to the National Guarantee Fund: FONDO VACANZE FELICI.

Useful definitions – Teseotur is the agency that promotes and manages this website.
The customer is the end user and the consumer / buyer.
Products and Tourist Services: all those products sold and offered by Teseotur, in particular such are the guided tours, tours, tourist packages, excursions, tastings and anything else provided by the charter of travel agencies. These tourist products do not provide for any physical shipment, but after the successful purchase and payment made, they give access to a downloadable content (Voucher link / Purchase voucher).
Gadgets, Souvenirs, Typical Products: they fall into the specific category of items that can be purchased directly by the customer for whom, after the successful purchase and payment has been made, access to a downloadable content is provided (link ) or, for some specific products, the withdrawal in person at the designated point always indicated on the voucher or on the email.

Purchase Procedure – The customer can proceed with the purchase by choosing between the products and services on the website and using the usual procedures typical of e-commerce, that is, choice of product / service, with subsequent insertion in the cart and final payment procedure (cash / checkout). Payment methods accepted are Paypal / Credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Visa).

Complaints and Reports – For complaints and reports, the customer can write to shop@shop.orvietoviva.com always indicating the type of product / service and the name used for the purchase.

Responsibility – Each service provider and / or product is selected by the Teseotur agency, however the agency is not responsible for the direct relationship that the end customer will have with the chosen service / product provider. In case of loss or accidental cancellation of the downloadable product, the customer must contact the agency at the e-mail shop@shop.orvietoviva.com communicating the name used for the online purchase and the payment date. Please note that if the customer does not have the voucher / purchase voucher, he will not be entitled to enjoy the service / product purchased.

The usability of the services and products on the site is always reported in writing. Where the customer does not use the Voucher / Purchase Voucher, he will not be entitled to any reimbursement within the established time expiration period.
